GURGAON, July 21: School of Law and District Legal Services Authority, Gurgaon organized a Legal Awareness Programme at Farrukh Nagar in Gurgaon.
The students of School of Law, K R Mangalam University along with Judges and Advocates of the District Court, Gurgaon participated in the programme titled ‘Operation of the Legal System and its Aids’.
The pamphlet’s describing the legal rights and rule were distributed free to the people, so that they become aware about their rights and help them to gain more knowledge about legal aids.
The Law students showed keen interest in various activities. They presented skits on “How Children become Juveniles’’& “Ill effects which lead to suicides’’. They also performed a short comedy play on “Spreading Legal Awareness’’.
The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Suruchi Atreja Singh delivered speech on legal awareness.
Chocolates and goods made by prisoners of Bhondsi Jail (Gurgaon) were sold to people.
