JAMMU, Sept 17: Prof. N.D. Mathur University of Rajasthan, Jaipur under the Placement Cell of University of Jammu delivered a lecture on ‘Fostering Creativity for Career Development’ in the Department of Commerce, University of Jammu, here today.
He said that despite economic downsizing and restructuring resulting in fewer hierarchical position, organizations are hiring new individuals with new and better skills. Thus, value addition capacity of students becomes paramount for students when applying for a job, adding that the people who can create new pattern, new path, think divergently have faster career development.
Prof. Neetu Andotra HOD was also present on the occasion.
