JAMMU, Dec 7: Splendid display of soccer skills by Koushal helped Young Rovers to blank DFA Samba in the 4th Sher-e-Kashmir Gold Cup Football Tournament, being organized by Youth National Conference, under the aegis of Jammu and Kashmir Football Association at GGM Science College Football Ground, here today.
Koushal scored 4 goals in the winning battle in 32nd, 52nd, 63rd and 69th minutes, while another goal was scored by Vishal in 49th minute of the match.
In another match, Churchill Brothers defeated DFA Kathua by four goals to one (4-1), with Karun shining and scoring all the four goals for his team in 8th, 48th, 50th and 55rd minute, while the solitary goal was scored for DFA Kathua by Sanjeev in 20th minute of the match.
In tomorrow’s fixture, Sainik Colony will take on Young Heroes at 1:30 pm, while Jammu United will face JKSRTC at 3 pm.
