JAMMU, July 25: The 4th KC International Youth Conclave (KCIYC) was inaugurated today at KC International School, marking the beginning of a three-day event filled with debates, deliberations and diplomatic discussions. Delegates from leading CBSE schools across Jammu gathered for this prestigious Model United Nations-style conclave.
The ceremony was graced by Sham Lal Sharma, MLA, as chief guest and Ela Choudhary, Financial Advisor, Smart City, Jammu, as guest of honour. The event also witnessed the presence of KCIS President Chaitanya Chowdhary, General Secretary Saroj Mahajan, Finance Secretary Dr. Shikha Chowdhary, Principal Anupama Sinha, Vice Principal Roma Gupta, and KCIYC President Kr. Vasu Dev Singh Chib.
Highlights included a ceremonial lamp lighting, Ganesh Vandana, and presentation of gavels to the Executive Board. In his address, Sharma inspired students to embrace diplomacy, perseverance, and global thinking.
Vice Principal Roma Gupta and Principal Anupama Sinha emphasized the role of such platforms in building leadership and fostering collaboration. The conclave was officially declared open by Secretary General Hiteshwar Singh Thakur, setting the stage for impactful discussions ahead.
