JAMMU, Feb 11: The students of KC International School Jammu excelled in the 8th Junior National Pentanque Championship 2013-14, organized by Pentanque Association of Gujarat.
Around 180 students drawn from 14 States of India took part in this Championship.
Representing J&K, the girls team of KC International School clinched the title trophy with 3 gold medals, while the boys team won 6 bronze medals in the Championship.
Moreover, two girls namely Praguni Goel and Vasundara Sharma have been selected to represent India for Asian Beach Games to be held at Phuket, Thailand which will be organized by Olympic Council of Asia.
