JAMMU, July 7: A two-week Judo Coaching Camp, organized under the aegis of the Judo Association of Jammu & Kashmir, concluded at CRPF Bantalab, Jammu. The camp was conducted by Judo Instructor Manish Chatwal, who provided technical and physical training to aspiring judokas.
Over 50 young judokas, including Vertika, Shilpa, Monika, Ikshita Maddata, Akshita, Suhan, Ridhi, Shreya, Rudra, Rashi, Yogitha, Aranoy, Aditya, Ansh, Joy, Ritika, Ifra, Vishali, Jaydeep, Hardik, Hanny, Ankit, Sahil, Swara and others, participated in the camp. The training focused on improving technique, stamina, and discipline essential for competitive judo.
The valedictory function was attended by Sub Inspector Joginder Singh as chief guest, with Sub Inspector Sunita Devi and CT/GD Rajni Devi as guests of honour. The camp was appreciated for its focus on grassroots talent development and promoting judo among youth in the region.
