JAMMU, Aug 5: Jodhamal Public School participated in the F1 in Schools National Championship 2025 held at Genesis Global School, Noida, showcasing excellence in innovation and engineering. Two talented teams – Team Marlin Racing (Ranvir Sharma, Varchava Vishal, Mohd Ibrahim, Aarav Handoo) and Team Veervajra Racing (Iraj Duggal, Parth Sharma, Adeesh Singh, Aarav Mahajan, Adhyan Gupta, Akash Arora) – represented the school at the national-level competition, where students design, manufacture and race miniature F1 cars on a 25-meter track.
Guided by mentor Neetu Johri, both teams demonstrated outstanding STEM skills, teamwork and creativity. Their efforts were recognized with awards for Resilience and Innovation, reflecting their dedication and problem-solving ability.
Earlier in July, both teams qualified at the regional championship hosted at Jodhamal itself, which saw participation from eight teams. Adding to the accolades, Danial Butt and Amay Gupta from Jodhamal were selected as student judges for the nationals – a prestigious role that involved evaluating team portfolios from across India.
Jodhamal Public School, in collaboration with Time of Sports, remains the only STEM-accredited school in Jammu & Kashmir for three consecutive years, reaffirming its commitment to nurturing future innovators and leaders in science and technology.
