JAMMU, May 6: In a resounding display of intellect, diplomacy and confidence, the students of Jodhamal Public School made a powerful impact at the prestigious Mayo College Girls’ School Model United Nations (MCGSMUN) 2025.
The conference revolved around contemporary global concerns, allowing delegates to engage in policy-making simulations, conflict resolution and solution-oriented dialogues. The event witnessed participation from India’s most elite institutions.
The six-member delegation—Manya Vikram Randhawa, Kunwar Ranvir, Amsah Shazad, Samayra Sarup, Aarit Malhotra and Advitya Jandial—participated across various high-level committees that stimulated challenging global discourse. Each delegate brought to the table in-depth research, persuasive diplomacy and a firm grasp of international affairs. The Jodhamal School delegation was the youngest in the competition.
Aarit Malhotra and Samayra Sarup emerged as standout performers, earning Verbal Mentions for their articulate interventions, strategic collaborations and strong committee presence. The remaining delegates also delivered remarkable performances, with their thoughtful arguments, active participation, and leadership qualities being appreciated by chairs and peers alike.
The delegation was escorted by Nikita Gupta, and the team’s preparation was meticulously guided by CCA Coordinator Pooja Sharma and MUN Coordinators Anjali Gupta and Raghunandan Singh, whose dedication and mentorship were instrumental in the team’s success.
