Jodhamal makes clean sweep in Storytelling Competition

JAMMU, Aug 6: An Inter-School Storytelling Competition was held recently at Banyan International School, wherein Tiny toddlers of Jodhamal Public School brought laurels to School by winning first prize in Class Ist and Class IInd categories.
Puneesh Singh Manhas of Class-Ist won the first prize in his category by narrating the story of naughty Raju and Aadya Sambyal of Class-II won first prize in their category by narrating the story of the swans and the tortoise.
Both the kids good at conceptual and communication skills, were judged on intonation, pronounciation, diction.
They emerged victorious among 44 students of various schools with flying colours.
The other two participants who also performed with full zeal and enthusiasm were Swarit Swahney of class Ist and Neesa Mahajan of Class IInd.
The School Principal, Trilok Singh Bist applauded all the four kids in a special assembly held in the School and appreciated the efforts put in by their parents and the teachers namely Priya Koul, Porshia Kapoor and Urmila Koul, who honed the skill of the kids to such excellence.
