JKUT players excel at Sub Junior National Judo C’ship

JAMMU, Nov 19: Judokas from JKUT delivered an impressive performance at the Sub Junior National Judo Championship, held in Hyderabad from November 16 to 20.
Pritma Devi from Udhampur district won the Silver Medal in the 40 kg category, showcasing exceptional skill under the guidance of coach Suraj Bhan Singh. From Ganderbal district, Aisha Hassan (52 kg category) and Sheikh Mohammad Shuraim (60 kg category) secured Bronze Medals, trained by Rahil Shafi.
The team participated under the banner of the J&K Sports Council and the Judo Association Jammu & Kashmir, demonstrating discipline, determination and competitive spirit.
