JKP emerges overall champion in Athletics

JAMMU, Feb 14: Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP) emerged overall champion in the two-day 18th J&K Athletics Championship which was organised by the J&K Amateur Athletics Association at University of Jammu grounds, here.
Around 300 athletes from different parts of thee J&K took part in this championship thereby excelled in various field and track events.
Those winners were awarded with medals and certificates president J&K Olympic Association (JKOA), Dushyant Sharma in the presence of JKOA general secretary, Dr Ashutosh Sharma and vice president, Kuldeep Singh Jamwal.
Also present were Sunil Sharma, Ravinder Singh Sarwant Singh Gill, Rajan Sharma, Kuljeet Singh Jamwal, Anchal Singh, M.M Khajuria, Vinod Bhatia, Ravi Salgotra and Vikas Gupta.
The technical penal comprised of Sharat Chander Singh, Nirmal Singh, Gurcharan Singh, Chamel Singh, Tahir Mir, Harvinder Singh, Parveen Singh, Rakesh Singh Charak, Pawandeep Kour, Rajesh, Riyaz Ahmed, Bhushan, Sahil Raina and Gurmeet Singh.
