JAMMU, Feb 14: Supertech Kids Valley, an International Playway School, Talab Tillo, Jammu celebrated 8th Annual Day with zeal and enthusiasm at Abhinav Theatre, here.
The theme of the program was “Colours of Life”.
Ravinder Raina,State President BJP was the chief guest on the occasion and Sat Sharma (CA), Former Minister J&K was the guest of honour. The event began with lighting of the ceremonial lamp followed by the welcome address presented by the Principal Meenakshi Gupta.
She gave a brief presentation regarding academic and co-curricular activities of the school besides various achievements of the school during the year.
The tiny tots presented a mesmerizing bonanza of colorful cultural items that enthralled the audience.
While congratulating the School Management for providing quality education, Ravinder Raina said the annual day celebrations provide an opportunity to the teachers and parents to introspect their efforts, achievements and shortfalls on the performance of child during the year so that the necessary corrective measures are taken to overcome them.
Sat Sharma appreciated the school administration for grooming the students to perfection and asked the parents and teachers present in the function to be guides and mentors for the children so that their future can be molded in a positive direction. Later, prizes were distributed among the students by the chief guest and guests of honour.
Mementos were presented to the chief guest and the other dignitaries by the Chairman and Principal of the School.
The vote of thanks was presented by Puneet Mahajan, Chairman of the school.
Prominent among other dignitaries who attended the function were Munish Khajuria, BJP District President; Mandal Presidents BJP Raveesh Mengi & Keshav Chopra, Ayodhya Gupta, Jaideep Sambyal and Deepak Kumar.
