UDHAMPUR, Sept 17: Inter Zonal District Level (IZDL) competitions for All Age Group (Boys) in discipline of Football today concluded at Delhi Public School, here.
DYSSO, Swaran Singh advised the participants and field staff to follow the SOPs’ guidelines issued by the Government. The event was organised under the guidance of Santosh Kumari, ZPEO Udhampur and Poonam Sharma, ZPEO Jib.
About 160 boys drawn from different six Zones participated in the competitions. The event is being organized under the patronage-ship of Dr Saleem-ur-Rehman, Director General DYSS, J&K.
Zone Babey defeated Zone Tikri with score 03-01 in U-17 category, whereas in U-19 category, Zone Udhampur defeated Zone Ramnagar with score 04-02.
The matches were officiated by Raj Kumar Gupta, Raman Kumar, Rakesh, Ishang Bandral and Sandeep Verma.
Later the chief guest distributed sports uniforms among the participants and prizes were awarded to the winner and runner-up teams.
