JAMMU, Dec 8: The Inter-Battalion tournament concluded at Police Gulshan Ground, Jammu.
Personnel from the battalions delivered outstanding performances, securing top positions and bringing laurels to their units. The tournament saw an impressive tally of 101 medals, including gold, silver and bronze, reflecting the high standard of preparation, perseverance and determination displayed by the participants.
Senior officers present at the event congratulated the winners and lauded the efforts of all participants, emphasizing the importance of such events in fostering camaraderie, discipline and overall well-being of the force.
The tournament concluded with a formal medal and certificate presentation ceremony, followed by a vote of thanks acknowledging the organizers, officials, and participants. The chief guests included RC Kotwal, SSP, CO Women 1st Battalion; Pawan Parihar, SSP, CO IRB 7th Battalion and Rajinder Singh, SSP APCR Jammu, whose presence added prestige and motivation to the occasion.
