JAMMU, Sept 30: All India Jammu Masters Badminton Championship, organized by Jammu Tigers Club under the aegis of J&K Badminton Association concluded here today.
On the valedictory function, Danish Rana, IGP was the chief guest in the ceremony, who awarded the winners by presenting the gold, silver and bronze medals among the winners.
Dr M Kumar, ACO, Shri Mata Vishno Devi Shrine Board, RK Bhat, Xen, J&K State Sports Council, Dr OD Sharma, Vice President Badminton Association of India, Kiran Wattal, Former Commissioner, JMC, Gulzar Singh Slathia, Former IGP, Balbir Singh Jamwal, General Secretary J&K Badminton Association, Sultan Mirza, Basanti Bhat, Sarvanan, Vivek Mehta, Sukhdev Singh, Lalit Arora, Kirti Sharma and Raju Chawla were also present on the occasion.
In Men’s Doubles (115+), SP Singh and Ram Lakhan of Chandigarh emerged winners, whereas in Mixed Doubles (75+), Rudra and Boni of New Delhi clinched title trophy.
In Men Doubles (105+), Dharmendra and Kawaljeet of Uttrakhand emerged winners, whereas in Men Doubles (95+), Pawan and Promod of Kerala bagged top rank.
In Mixed Doubles (85+), Santosh and Jayshreee of Karnataka emerged winners.
