JAMMU, Apr 28: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Security, Jammu and Kashmir, Sujit Kumar, today honored officers from the Security Wing who excelled at the First All India Police Badminton and Table Tennis Cluster Meet 2024–25, held in Kerala from April 11 to 15.
During a felicitation ceremony at his office, IGP Kumar applauded the officers for their outstanding performance. DySP Basanti Bhatt and DySP Kuljit Singh clinched gold in mixed doubles badminton, while DySP Bhatt also teamed up with DySP Rajesh Anand to secure bronze in mixed doubles table tennis. In the men’s table tennis category, DySP Mahesh Sharma earned a bronze in singles and partnered with DySP P V Singh to win bronze in doubles.
