JAMMU, Dec 26: J&K branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) organised first Indoor Games Championship for Chartered Accountants at ICAI Bhawan Canal Road, here today.
Chairman, CA Lalit Kumar Gupta along with senior member of Association, CA Munish Jain of J&K branch of the NIRC threw open the championship.
In Table Tennis tournament which was held under various categories wherein CA Raghav Sabharwal emerged as winner and CA Chandeep Singh bagged runner-up places in singles category, whereas in doubles category, CA Munish Jain and CA Rishu Kawatra stood winners and CA Raghav Sabharwal and CA Nakul Saraf were the runners up.
In the monopoly event, CA Puneet Khajuria bagged first prize, whereas consolation prizes went to CA Vikas Purdhani and CA Jatinder Jaswal.
The prizes were distributed by CA Lalit Kumar Gupta, chairman, CA Nakul Saraf, secretary and CA Shalay Razdan, former chairman.
