LEH, Nov 14: Forever in operation, Polo Competition-2021, organized by 22 Gadwal Rifle of Drass Brigade, commenced at minus 12 degree temperature at Viswanathan Polo Ground Old Drass, here today.
The inaugural matches, Himalayan Blue beat Goshan-B by 7-1 goals, while D- Meadows Drass trounced Himalayan Red by 9-0 goals and Drass-A defeated Goshan-A by 4-1 goals.
About 10 Polo teams are participating from different villages of Drass Sub-Division.the sports lovers and enthusiasts appreciated the efforts of Indian Army for organizing such events time and again to groom the talent of the youths of this snow bound area.
