JAMMU, Feb 24: The much-anticipated Hearth Milan Cup Edition 2, organized by the Lalitaditya Sports Education and Health Organisation concluded.
The final match saw Durga Cricket Club and Elite Cricket Club battle for the coveted trophy. The event was inaugurated by Nuzhat Gull, Secretary of the Sports Council, with Anil Bhat, President of Lalitaditya, highlighting the tournament’s focus on empowering youth through sports. The tournament featured 4 girls’ teams and 7 boys’ teams (under 16), showcasing impressive talent.
At the closing ceremony at Maluana Azad Stadium, Excise Commissioner Subash Chander Chibber, Senior Superintendent of Police, RK Bhat and Deputy Excise Commissioner Executive Jammu Sanjay Bhat were present as guests. Durga Cricket Club and Elite Cricket Club received Rs 10,000 each, while Himalayan Cricket Club (Girls) and Nagrota Warriors were awarded Rs 5,000.
Local heroes Ravi Jogi, Kuldeep Saproo and Shivani Koul Bhat were honoured for their contributions.
