GGM Science College organizes Inter-House T20

JAMMU, Feb 28: An Inter-House T20 Cricket Tournament of Hostel Boarders was organized by GGM Science College in the Hostel ground, here today.
Four teams took part in the event, in which the final match was played between Bhagat Singh House and Subash Chander Bose House.
Batting first, Bhagat Singh House scored 158 runs for the loss of eight wickets in the stipulated overs. Narinder and Naresh contributed 36 runs each.
In reply, Subash Chander House bundled out for 138 runs in 18 overs. Achal was the top scorer with 67 runs. He was adjudged man of the match for his valiant effort.
Principal of the College, Prof N K Resutra distributed prizes among the players on the occasions.
The tournament was organized under the overall supervision of Dr Vinod Bakshi, Hostel Warden and Physical Director and Dr Rajinder Singh, Convener, Hostel Committee.
