JAMMU, May 7: The students of Delhi Public School (DPS), Jammu blossomed in 1st District Kickboxing Championship at MA Stadium recently, winning 21 medals, with 7 gold, 8 silver and 6 bronze.
The Championship was organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Kickboxing Association (JKKA).
The students who won gold medals were Aryan Dogra, Samarth Mahajan, Jivitesh Singh, Akshat Gupta, Rehan Gupta, Mohd Daain Shah and Samaria Singh, while the silver medals were won by Aryan Jain, Krishna Grover, Srizan Anand, Aryan Sawhney, Vansh Gupta, Harvir Pratap Singh, Sidhant Dofara and Maheshwar. The bronze medals went to Aksheen Khajuria, Satyam Gupta, Rishi Sharma, Harranjan Pal, Snigdha Gupta and Aryan Jaiswal.
The winners were felicitated in a simple function by School Additional Director/ Principal, Dr D Joseph, while Ruchi Chabra, Headmistress of the School and Meenu Gupta, Headmistress upto the Middle Block were also present on the occasion.
