JAMMU, Oct 29: To enhance the skill of speaking of the students, a Show and Tell Competition was organized by Delhi Public School (DPS), Jammu for the students of Class Prep & 1st.
45 students from different sections participated in the Competition with enthusiasm and interest.
In class Prep, Atharv Mahajan and Krivi Dogra stood first, while second position was shared by Samiksh Sawhney and Shipra and the third place was secured by Kashvi Arora and Shivin.
In class first, Aayat Fatima and Danish Talwar stood first, second place was bagged by Mugdha Gupta and Ayn Bhola whereas third position was shared by Avika Jamwal and Akanksha Gupta.
The Competition was judged by Payal Tandon, Ritu Gupta and Shelja Sharma.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr D Joseph, Additional Director/ Principal congratulated the winners and stressed upon the importance of such activities in the School curriculum.
Ruchi Chabra, Headmistress lauded the efforts put in by the teachers and parents in training the tiny scholars.
Meenu Gupta, Headmistress up to middle wing shared that these literary activities should be a regular feature.
Preeti Abrol, Co-ordinator Pre-Primary Wing was also present on the occasion.
