BUDGAM, Oct 4: The District Budgam Cycling Championship 2025 concluded with enthusiastic participation along the Kanihama to Kunzer route. Organized by the Cycling Association of J&K under the aegis of the Cycling Federation of India and sponsored by J&K Sports Council, the event promoted fitness under the Fit India Movement.
Cyclists competed across various categories, including Elite, U18, U16, U14, MTB and Girls. Top performers included Waheed Ahmad Ganie (Elite), Jehangir Ahmad (U18), Aakif Noor (U16), Arsalan Ahmad Dar (U14) and Rabia Ahad (Girls U14). Winners have qualified for the upcoming State Cycling Championship.
