JAMMU Dec 4: Director Youth Services and Sports, Subash C Chhibber along with Accounts Officer Sunil Sharma, SO Establishment, Haji Aijaz Ahmed and other senior officials of the Directorate visited Youth Hostel and Khel Gaon Nagrota to take stock of arrangements for the final phase of LGs Rolling Trophy, here today.
The Director instructed Warden Youth Hostel Nagrota and other concerned officials for good lodging arrangements for players during their stay at the Youth Hostel.
In-charge of refreshment/ food and officials associated with the Hostel canteen were also directed to provide healthy food to the participants in the best possible hygienic conditions. He asked the members of the technical team to ensure that the best pitches are kept ready for the conduct of matches in a professional manner.
Pertinently, the last phase of the mega sports extravaganza is scheduled to begin from December 5 at Jammu and matches of the tourney are being played at Khel Gaon Nagrota and playfield of the University of Jammu.
