DIET Poonch organizes Quiz Competition

POONCH, Nov 13: CMDE wing DIET Poonch organized District Level Quiz Competition in Mathematics Elementary classes at Govt Girls Middle School Kamsar, here today.
The Programme was presided over by Lal Hussain, CEO Poonch.
Six teams from different Schools of the District participated in the Competition.
While speaking on the occasion, Nagesh Arya HoD CMDE wing highlighted the objective of organizing such competitions which inculcate competitive spirit among the students.
The duties of anchors were performed by Kasturi Lal, HoD and Sanjay Kumar, Lecturer, whereas  Sanjeev Sharma and Shabnam acted as scorer and time keeper respectively.
CEO Poonch advised the participants as well as the students in general to take part in these competitions which are beneficial for improving and updating their knowledge in right directions.
The teams of Model Public School Power House Poonch, Govt Girls Middle School Purani Poonch, and Jamia Zia-Ul-Ulom secured 1st, 2nd and 3rd position respectively.
Trophies and mementos were given to the winning teams by the chief guest on the occasion.
