Leh, Sept 13: Deputy Commissioner, Leh Parsana Ramaswamy G flag off a team of Anganwari Workers, ASHAS and ANMs to Ahmednagar Maharashtra for training course from DC office, Leh today.
DC. Leh while best wishing the team said that 32 women including 15 Anganwari Workers, 15 ASHAs/ANM and one each supervisor from ICDS and medical department proceeding to comprehensive Rural Health project Ahemed Nagar Maharashtra for training course under skill development programme and he hoped that this training will be beneficial for the Anganwari workers.
District Programme Officer, ICDS Kunzes Angmo said Rs 5.50 lacs has already released under Skill Development Programme for the week long training with the initiative of Ex. DC, Leh Saugat Biswas.
