DBN Mubarak Mandi celebrates Annual Day

JAMMU, Nov 16: DBN Mubarak Mandi celebrated its Annual Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour on the school premises, highlighting the theme “Operation Sindoor,” a tribute to the courage and sacrifice of the Indian Armed Forces.
The programme began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by chief guest Yudhvir Sethi, MLA Jammu East and Senior BJP leader, along with Sahaj Sabharwal, Motivational Speaker and Writer. Manager Trust Rajendra Kakkar extended a formal welcome, while Principal Priya Singh presented the school report, detailing the institution’s achievements.
The cultural performances were the highlight of the event, with students presenting impactful acts portraying the bravery, service and sacrifices of soldiers. The main presentation, “Operation Sindoor,” emotionally depicted the valour of martyrs and celebrated national unity.
Yudhvir Sethi commended the school for showcasing patriotism through creative expression. He praised the theme for honouring the Armed Forces and lauded the students’ performances as symbols of discipline, devotion and respect for the nation. Encouraging students to stay focused and dream big, he reminded them that education is also about character building and contributing positively to society.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Co-Manager Trust Darshan Lal Sharma, followed by the National Anthem. The performances left parents and teachers deeply moved, making “Operation Sindoor” a memorable and inspiring success.
