RAJOURI, Mar 13: District Police organised a Cricket tournament at village Bajabain under ‘Civic Action Programme’, here today.
The tournament was inaugurated by Tussif Ahmed, SDPO Nowshera in presence of SHO, Police Station Sunderbani Shiv Dev Singh and other prominent citizens belonging to different parts of life.
Speaking on the occasion SDPO Nowshera Tussif Ahmed gave a message to youth to get engaged with any sports activity and develop traits of team spirit, tolerance, cooperation, dedication and goal setting. He asserted that to lead a successful and healthy life in today’s era. The cultivation of these traits is prerequisite to participate in any sports activity.
SHO Shiv Dev Singh also appealed to the public to come forward and share any information regarding drug abuse to police so that the present and forthcoming generations do not fall prey upon these peddlers.
