JAMMU, Dec 21: Col R N Chopra Cricket Academy defeated RRL High School
by a margin of 22 runs in a well contested match at IIIM-CSIR ground, here today.
Batting first, Col Chopra Academy scored a decent total of 176 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs.
Agreeney Happa scored unbeaten 62 runs, while Harsh Dev Singh contributed 32 runs to the total.
Aditya Chib also chipped in with 16 runs. For RRL School, Mavneek, Daksh, Sumit and Hardik took 1 wicket each.
In reply, RRL School scored 154 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs, thus lost the match by 22 runs. Daksh was the top scorer with 50 runs, while Hrithik Sharma scored 34 runs and Hardik contributed 22 runs to the total. For Col Chopra Cricket Academy, Abhishek Abrol took 2 wickets, while Aditya Chib, Marutwan and Ayush Slathia took 1 wicket each. Col R N Chopra Cricket Academy won the match by 23 runs.
