About 80 players contested in the Competition with great zeal and enthusiasm, wherein Sandeep (Manu) from Choudhary Gym was adjudged as the Champion of Champions.
Prem Choudhary, Chairman Indian Style Wrestling Association presented welcome address.
He appealed to the Government to provide healthy Infrastructure in the State with regard to modernization of traditional Akharas.
Yudhvir Sethi, BJP vice president was the chief guest on the occasion.
He appealed the youth to take inspiration from young revolutionaries like Chander Shekher Azad, Bhagat Singh and likes, who were the products of Akharas.
He promised to modernize Dewan Mandir Akharas in Jammu City.
Prem Choudhary while honouring In-charge Police Post, Chowk Chobutra, Sunil Manhas, a National medalist appealed the players to take sports as a career option and not just as recreational activity.
Sunil Sharma, Ajay Sharma, Rahul Sawhney (National medalist) and Vinay Sharma (National medalist) officiated the Competition.

53 to 59 Kg: Arun Anand 1ST, Shravan 2nd and Sushant 3rd.
59 to 66 Kg: Akshay Gupta 1st , Shubam Gupta 2nd, and Achal Gupta 3rd.
66 to 74 Kg: Ritlesh Gupta 1st, Azim Aslam 2nd, and Sahil Verma 3rd.
74 to 83 Kg: Sandeep ( Manu) Ist, Ashok 2ND , and Tajinder Sing 3rd.
83 to 93 Kg: Dushyant Ghai 1st, Gorav 2ND , and Susheel 3rd.
Above 93 Kg: Aseem Gupta 1st, Avinash 2nd and Karan 3rd.
