JAMMU, Nov 5: BSF School Paloura organized Intra Mural Judo Competition in the School premises, here today.
School Headmistress, Gayatri Kotwal was the chief guest on the occasion, while Shashi Bala, Coordinator was the guest of honour.
In Open kg, Ashvina Bhat, Khushboo and Mitali Jaye claimed gold, silver and bronze medals respectively, while in 18 kg category, Utkarshi Kesar, Ridhima, Harshita Thakur bagged gold, silver and bronze medal respectively.
In 20 kg, Lakshmi and Akshita bagged gold and silver respectively, while Stuti Sharma and Samishta shared bronze medal, while in 25 kg, Sachina and Anjali Sharma claimed gold and silver, while Mennakshi Devi and Anjali Sharma won bronze.
30 kg gold, silver and bronze medals went to Kavya Shree, Komal and Harshita Sharma-Simran Sharma, while in 35 kg, Sakshi and Sneha claimed gold and bronze medals respectively, while the bronze was shared by Sukriti and Chahat Deep Kour.
In 40 kg, Palak Sharma won gold, Kritika Bhat bagged silver, while Bhawna Hans and Rishika claimed bronze medals.
The referees included Suraj Bhan Singh, Judo chief coach J&K State Sports Council, Rameshwar Singh, Rajinder Singh, Avtar Singh and Ranjodh Singh.
