BSF organizes coaching classes for border area girls

JAMMU, June 16: Border Security Force (BSF) under the guidance of SS Tomar, IG BSF Ftr HQ Jammu, has taken new initiative by way of organising summer coaching classes for rural back ground border area girls.
The coaching classes started today and will last till July 12, 2014. The main objective of this programme is to utilized summer vacation and to prepare the girls for 10 and 12th exams.
A total of 70 girls of class 10th and 12th belonging to remote areas of Jammu region are participating in the programme and taking benefit of the summer coaching classes with free boarding and lodging at BSF Camp Jammu, where they will be staying under the supervision of bordermen and expert teachers.
The coaching will be provided to them by the teachers of BSF Senior Secondary School, Paloura in various subjects including Computer, English, Maths, Science, History, Physical Education etc.
The students will also be given coaching to develop their skills needed to compete with the students, who have better study facilities available.
