JAMMU, Nov 17: Banda Bahadur Hockey Club (BBHC) Poonch defeated Dashmesh Club Nanak Nagar by 7-0 while Guru Nanak Hockey Club (GNHC) drubbed Hiranagar Hockey Club by 5-4 on the second day of 2nd Sant Gurbaksh Memorial Hockey Tournament which is underway at KK Hakhu Astroturf Hockey Stadium, Jammu
In the 1st match for BBHC, MP Singh scored three goals in 4th, 52nd and 57th minute while Ramanji, Ravneet Singh, Hardeep Singh and Rajesh Sharma scored one goal each in 4th, 6th, 13th and 51st minute, respectively.
The second match ended in 1:1 draw. From Hiranagar, the only goal was scored by Sandeep in 35th minute while for GNHC Ravijeet Singh scored the goal.
In tie breaker, goals from Nanak Nagar were scored by Istiq, Kousel, Charanjit and Gagandeep. For Hiranagar, Haresh, Abinandan and Vishal scored goals.
The matches were officiated by Manjeet Singh, Amarjeet Singh, Iqbal Singh, Dilbir Mehta, Jagjeet Singh, Charanjeet Singh, Joginder Singh and Mukesh Kumar.
