JAMMU, Apr 17: In connection with the organization of the 9th Body Building Championship to be held on April 19 at Dussehra ground, Gandhi Nagar, the Body Building Association of Jammu and Kashmir (BBAJK) organized a Road Show, here today.
The Road Show started from Head Office of Body Building Association, International Gym, Rehari Colony at 11:30 am and culminated at Gandhi Nagar.
Some Body Builders who would be part of the Championship exhibited their bodies in a Body Show at M A Stadium and at the residence of the Minister for Youth Services and Sports, Raman Bhalla.
Mr Bhalla in his message conveyed to the youth to say no to drugs, be fit and do not derail from the mainstream.
He also lauded the efforts of the Body Building Association of J&K in spreading this message through the medium of sports.
Rajesh Dutta, general secretary of the Association informed that Mr Javed Iqbal, who has the honour of being Mr Asia and Mr India will also be present during the Championship, alongwith the members of Body Building Federation of India, besides the top Body Builders of the State.
Among others present were Yogesh Sharma, BS Krrthi, Rajeev Sharma and Sureshet Dutta.
