JAMMU, Dec 31: Semifinals position has been cleared in the Jammu District Women’s Hockey Tournament, being organized by Hockey J&K in collaboration with J&K State Sports Council under the auspices of Hockey India at KK Hakhu Astroturf Stadium, here.
Now in the semifinals, Army Public School Rakh Muti will take on GCW Parade, while Coaching Centre will face SOS Gole Gujral at the same venue.
Meanwhile, in the last league match played today, GCW Parade held Coaching Centre to (0-0) draw.
The matches were officiated by GS Bakshi and Jagjit Singh, while present on the occasion were Jagjit Kour, Desh Bandhu and Gurmeet Kour.
According general secretary Hockey J&K, the final match of the tournament will be held on January 3, 2013 and Sub Junior Boys Hockey Tournament will begin from January 7, 2013 at the same venue.
