Annual Day celebrated with pomp & show

JAMMU, Feb 11: Wazir Janki Nath Memorial Higher Secondary School, Rani Bagh, Satwari and R Halcyon Kidz, 28 New Plots celebrated their Annual day yesterday on the theme ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’.
Kavinder Gupta, Speaker J&K Legislative Council was the chief guest on the occasion, who along with Sudershan Wazir, Sumalini Kotwal and Himalini S Wazir lit the lamp to mark the beginning of the function.
The children presented colorful items in praise of Bharat Mata and sang melodious songs.
The chief guest, Mr Gupta lauded the efforts of the student and the school management in choreographing and performing such a beautiful display of patriotism and unity in diversity. Sumalini Kotwal, Director of the School, distributed awards to meritorious students and Sudershan Wazir presented the memento to the chief guest.
Himalini Singh Wazir, Principal of the school presented vote of thanks.
