Debate Competition on communal harmony held

DODA, Sept 20: Police organised a Debate Competition on “Communal Harmony and National Integration” at Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS), Mahalla, in which students from various schools participated and expressed their views.
Students who excelled in the debate were awarded with suitable cash prizes, certificates and mementos by SP Doda, Mohd Arif Rishu, in presence of Dy SP Hqrs, Ajaz Zargar, Principal of GHSS, Mahalla, faculty members, students and local populace.
While speaking, SP Doda, Mohd Arif Rishu, exhorted upon public and students of the area to maintain communal harmony and foil the designs of anti-national elements to revive militancy in the district.
The event was organised by District Police under aegis of Civic Action  Programme 2012 launched by Police.
