SRINAGAR, June 16: Four day long 10th J&K State Junior Basketball Championship for boys and girls organized by J&K Basketball Association concluded at Burn Hall School here.
The final match in the girls section was played between Tiger Sports Club and Mallionson School, in which former emerged winner. Pearl Sharma was declared as best player for scoring 20 points.
In boys section, the final match was played between Jammu District and Burn Hall, in which latter emerged winner.
On the valedictory function, Divisional Commissioner Srinagar Asgar Hassan Samoon was the chief guest, who awarded the winners in presence of SSP Traffic Srinagar, who was guest of honour. Organizing secretary and vice president of the Association Mir Afroz was also present.
