HIRANAGAR, May 24: Girdhari Lal Dogra Degree College, Hiranagar, released a College Magazine ‘HIRA’ in a simple function, here today.
Member of Legislative Council, Subash Gupta was the chief guest on the occasion, while Dr Nater Singh, Principal GDC, Kathua and Ex-Principal, Dr Ram Krishan were present on the occasion.
Earlier, the function started with lighting the lamp by the chief guest and college faculty members.
College student, Vrinda Sharma welcomed the dignitaries by performing Sarswati Vandana.
While speaking on the occasion, the Principal of the College Prof KC Badgal welcomed the chief guest and other prominent citizens of the locality.
He also appreciated the efforts of the students and the faculty members for contributing their role for bringing out the Magazine.
Dr Nater Singh and Ex-Principal, Dr Ram Krishan also shared their valuable experiences on the occasion.
Prof Daya Vilas Khajuria presented vote of thanks.
