116th Panthal Kesari Vishal Dangal on Jan 14

JAMMU, Jan 10: Shri Swami Nitya Nand Wrestling Association Panthal is organizing ‘116th Panthal Kesari Vishal Dangal 2016’at Panthal on January 14, 2016 at 1 pm sharp, under the aegis of J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association.
The decision to this effect was taken in the office chamber of the President J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association, Shiv Kumar Sharma at Katra.
Others who attended the meeting were Pritam Kumar Mangotra, president Parsotam Kumar Mengi, Parsotam Kumar Khajuria (Bittu), Mukesh Khajuria, Om Parkash Sanmotra, Naresh Kumar (Pappu Lakri) and others members of Swami Nitya Nand Wrestling Association Panthal. Mr. Sharma said around 70 wrestlers from the States/UTs of Haryana, Punjab, H.P, Delhi and Chandigarh apart from J&K will take part in the event. The wrestlers from Jammu and Kashmir will be from Jammu, Kathua, Udhampur, Reasi, Ramban, Rajouri, Doda, Buddal, Kalakote, Moungri, Ramnagar, Roun-Domail, Panthal, Pouni, Akhnoor, Panchari, Damnkote, Panjar, Kalsote, Badote, Ladha, Jasserkote, Sudhmahadev, J&K Police and Dansal.
“Around 10,000 sports lovers are expected to witness the Vishal Dangal, the Cash prize money for the 1st bout of which is Rs 31,000, for the 2nd malli is Rs 21,000 and for the 3rd malli Rs 15,000.
