JAMMU, Nov 28: In continuation to District Police Sports Festival-2017 for under-19 years (boys and girls) under Civic Action Programme (CAP) which is being organized under the overall supervision of SSP Jammu, today District Police organized Wushu competition at MA Stadium, here.
130 students from 18 Schools participated in the competition which was supported by Wushu Association of Jammu and Kashmir.
Boys: 60 Kgs weight, Amit from CW Club Samba secured gold medal, Sachit from BPS Samba silver medal, Akshun from Banyan Tree School and Mohit from BS Club Samba bronze medal.
65 Kgs weight, Ishant from CW Club Samba secured gold medal, Rahul AW Club silver medal, Ashish from BS Club Samba bronze medal and Raj Kumar from BSK Hr. Sec. School bronze medal.
70 Kgs weight, Jasbir CW Club Samba secured gold medal, Mukul BPS Samba silver medal, Shantnu AOW Club bronze medal and Bhanu from Banyan Tree School bronze medal.
75 Kgs weight, Tanshiv from AOW Club secured gold medal, Ankit from BSK Hr. Sec. School silver medal, Rohit BPS Samba bronze medal and Danish from Ranbir Hr. Sec. School bronze medal.
