JAMMU, Apr 14: Singh Cricket Akhnoor thrashed Krishna Cricket Club Akhnoor by 10 wickets and sealed berth in the semifinals of the T20 Cricket Tournament Rural, being organized by Jammu Police at MHAC School Nagbani, here.
Winning the toss and batting first, KCC collapsed at 49 runs in 10.4 overs. Rahul and Pankaj contributed 11 and 10 runs respectively.
For Singh CC Akhnoor, Suresh Malhotra took 4 wickets, while Sham Singh Langeh bagged 3 wickets. Binny and Sunil shared 1 wicket each.
In reply, Singh Club scored the required runs in just 3.3 overs without losing any wicket, thus won the match by 10 wickets. Suresh Malhotra was adjudged as man of the match.
