JAMMU, Mar 27: An Alumni Meet was conducted in National College of Education, Purkhoo Camp, here today.
Programme was started with Saraswati Vandana by Rohini Chib (B.Ed. 2nd Semester) followed by welcome address. Former students of different sessions were present. A healthy interactive session between new and former students was held and former students shared their experiences and gave their views to overcome the drawbacks. Poems, Songs, Skit were also organized by new students of B.Ed Course.
Principal Dr. Manju Dwivedi congratulated the former students for their achievements and threw light on the importance of Alumni Meet.
She said at this time the students recalled their golden days of college life with their friends.
She explained about 2 years B.Ed course and difference between 1 year and 2 year B.Ed Programme. B.Ed students (2nd Semester & 4th Semester) along with staff members Neena Sharma, Vijay Laxmi, Indu Raina, Neetu Sharma, YA Shumati Jamwal and Sahil Raina were present on the occasion.
Er Ajay Jamwal (Dean Administration) graced the occasion and presented vote of thanks.
