JAMMU, Dec 4: KS Public School celebrated its 17th annual day with great zeal and enthusiasm, here.
On the occasion, Minister for Forests, Ecology and Environment, Choudhary Lal Singh was the chief guest, while Shamsher Singh, President, Congress was the guest of honour. Chairperson of the institution Ramesh Sharma and Sudesh Sharma, Director School Kushal Sharma and Mukta Sharma were also present.
Students from various classes presented different cultural programmes, which were highly appreciated by the audience with thundering applauses.
Seema Malhotra, Principal of the school presented the annual report and highlighted the achievements of the school.
Students, who bagged positions in curricular and co-curricular activities, were awarded.
While speaking, the Minister said that the children being the future citizens of our nation must be made physically strong, morally upright and intellectually good indeed.
In the end, Mukta Sharma presented vote of thanks.
