JAMMU, Sept 1: As part of UDAAN project, three days placement drive was conducted at Govt Polytechnic Jammu by IL & FS (Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd.) and IIFL (India Infoline Limited) in which various students of Engineering Colleges and Polytechnic Colleges participated.
In the placement drive of IL & FS total number of candidates mobilized were 75, out of which 49 candidates have been shortlisted.
While in the drive of IIFS, forty candidates appeared in the interview.
Mirza Baber and Nikhil were the resource persons for the placement drive from IL & FS and IIFS Corporate.
Sajjid Mir and Anees from NSDC envisaged good mobilization for the placement drive under UDAAN project.
Er Arun Bangotra, Principal of the College presented the welcome address.
Er Hameed Malik, Training and Placement Officer of the College presented vote of thanks.
Er Rishabh Gupta, Er Mohd Shabir, Er Sakshi Kapai and Er Reenu Kotwal made the overall arrangement for the smooth conduct of the drive.
