JAMMU, Apr 27: Zonal Level Inter-School Tournament in the disciplines of kho-kho and kabaddi Under-14 and Under-17 boys and girls was inaugurated by Deputy Director Youth Services and Sports, Jammu, Rishi Kumar in an impressive function.
Earlier, in kho-kho Under-14 boys final, SOS School defeated GMS Rehari by 3 points, while in kho-kho Under-17 boys final, SOS thrashed GHS Janipur by one turn and 3 points.
Meanwhile, in kabaddi Under-14 girls, G M S Pull Tawi beat GMS Patoli Mangotrian and GMS Muthi prevailed over GMS New Plot, while in Under-14 girls kabaddi finals, GMS Muthi outplayed GMS Pull Tawi.
In kabaddi Under-17 girls final, GHSS Nowabad defeated GHSS Muthi, while in kho-kho Under-17 girls, GHS Rajpura beat GHS Dogra Hall by 7 points, while
GHS Citi Chownk defeated Model Academy by 3 points and
GHSS Bazar Qasaba trounced GHSS Mubarakh Mandi by 5 points. The final match in the is section will kho-kho U-14 layed tomorrow. to be played tommorrow.
In kho-kho Under-14 girls, GMS Patta Bohri beat KC Public School by one point, GMS Patoli Mangotrian drubbed GMS New Plot by 2 points, GMS RN Pura beat GMS Gujjar Nagar by 4 points. The final match in this section will be played tomorrow.
