JAMMU, Oct 6: Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology (YCET) and GCET Jammu outplayed rivals in their respective matches during “Play for Health Football Tournament”, being organized by J&K Football Association at GGM Science College ground, here today.
In the first match, Indira Gandhi Dental College Jammu lost to Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology by 5-1, whereas in the second match, GCET Jammu registered win over KC Law College by 5-3 via tie-breaker.
The matches were officiated by Suresh Gupta, Vijay Kumar, Chandan Kumar, Don, Rahul Sharma, Sanjay Kumar and Moon Stephen.
Earlier, the chief guest Sheikh Mehmood District President inaugurated the tournament in presence of Don, Resident Secretary, Rajesh Sharma, Treasurer, DFA Jammu, Ramesh Chander and Risheesh Khajuria from Health Department.
