Wrestling event under Khelo India concludes

REASI, Oct 23: Khelo India Block Reasi Wrestling tournament concluded at General Zorawar Sports Stadium here under the overall supervision of Prassana Rama Sawamy G, Deputy Commissioner Reasi.
In all, 43 boys and 14 girls participated under various weight categories.
Earlier, Rajesh Barru, Tehsildar Pouni inaugurated the tournament in presence of Adil Iqbal BDO Reasi, Kaka Ram ZEO Reasi, Kuldeep Khajuria ZEPO Reasi.
Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, Wrestling promoter was the controller of the competition.
In below 40 kg girls, Diksha of HS Garmadi and Rubia of HS Gran emerged winners, while in below 45 kg, Rekha of Stadium and Anu Priya of HS Katra were the winners and in below 50 kg, Shivangi of HSS Katra and Supriya HS Gran emerged the winners.
In 30 kg boys, Vansh Singh of HS Gran and Piyush of HS Garrmari were the winners, while in 35 kg, Tahir HS Kambal Danga and Sourav claimed the positions.
In 40 kg boys, Waseem of HS Kundra and Atul of HS Kambaldanga were the winners, while in 45-50 kg, Abhinav of HS Pannassa and Koushal of HSS Reasi emerged as the winners.
In 50 -55 kg, Vivek of HS Kundra and Ranjeet of HS Kambal Dangawwere the winners adn in 55-60 kg, the winners were Shamlog of HS Nomain and Arun of HS Kundra.
