Jammu, Oct 30: Riding high on the individual brilliance of Vansh Khadyal unbeaten ton (133) and 3 wickets Jammu Sports Juniors defeated Sidhra Sports Juniors by 89 runs in a ‘U-16 age group -3 matches T-20 Series’ being played at Khel Gaon Nagrota, here today.
Winning the toss, Jammu Sports elected to bat first. Vansh Khadyal made unbeaten 133 runs and took Jammu Sports to a mammoth 244 runs total on the scoreboard in the stipulated 20 overs.
In reply, Sidhra Sports Juniors failed to achieve their target and the whole team was bundled out on paltry 155 runs, thus losing the match by a huge margin of 89 runs. Manav scored 57 runs.
Vansh Khadyal from Jammu Sports was declared as player of the match for his brilliant performance in the match.
