JAMMU, Feb 11: In the ongoing KC Sports Club Cricket Tournament, sponsored by KC Sports Club, Jammu the match played between United CC and Khalsa CC was played at KC School ground, here today.
United CC defeated Khalsa Club by 17 runs and entered into the next round.
Earlier, batting first, United CC set a target of 116 runs in 20 over. Top batsman was Yogesh Sikka who scored 34 runs off 39 balls by hitting 3 boundaries, Goldy contributed with 29 runs off 40 balls with the help of 2 fours. From the bowling side, Vikas took 4 wickets while Amar Preet grabbed one wicket.
In reply, Khalsa CC scored 99 runs and lost the match by 17 runs. Nitin scored 22 runs in 14 balls including 4 boundaries, while Harvinder contribute 16 runs off 19 balls with the help of 1 boundary. Amandeep from U C C was declared as man of the match. The match was officiated by Sohail Yosuf, Rajinder Singh and Suresh.
